The home is one of three model units of a new gated community of 33 single-family homes, Miren, built by Intracorp Homes in Arcadia, CA.

The idea of an Earthy Neutral space is envisioned where warm, organic tones harmoniously blend with layered, textural elements to create a captivating sensory experience. We used natural materials & textures such as travertine and linen, which served as the building blocks of our creation. Through meticulous selection, artful arrangement, and a commitment to the principles of hygge, we transformed this project into an inviting sanctuary.
